Grind House Wrestling Academy

All levels, grades 9th to 12th, male and female, Beginners and Experienced. We are a skill development program that focuses on fundamentals and building our athletes from the ground up. Our experienced coaching staff will provide all the necessary tools to ensure that you have everything you need to become successful on and off the mat

Classes will start at 6:00pm -7:30pm Monday -Thursday and open mat on Sunday from 10am to 11am. Coach Niall and his team of volunteer coaches will provide the skill-based instruction that is needed to become a more improved competitor.

Terms & Conditions:

Term is for 1 year of 1 1\2hour a per session.
Scheduling - as announced and scheduled unless an inclement weather for facility usage may be permitted then a re-schedule is required. During Tournament season, Sessions may be moved to Sunday mournings- all schedule changes will be communicated in advance.
Vacation- Coach and staff have the option to take 1 week vacation every 90 days. The sessions that would be scheduled during this time will be made up.
