High School Class Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (Greco)Ā 6:00 pm -7:30pm
  • Sunday 1:00pm -2:30pm

Male and Female, any level, grades 9th to 12th! Whether beginner and experienced, the Grind House Wrestling Academy is Ā a skill development program that focuses on fundamentals and building our athletes from the ground up. Our experienced coaches Ā will provide all the necessary tools to ensure that you have everything the athlete needs to become successful.

$159 a month for 12 months of wrestling training

Our comprehensive page offers tailored training tips, nutrition advice, mental conditioning strategies, and insider techniques designed to help young athletes excel on and off the mat. Whether your child is just starting out or aiming to compete at higher levels, our supportive community and expert insights will empower them to achieve their wrestling dreams. Join us on the journey to building champions with confidence, strength, and resilience. Classes will be on Wednesday at 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm & Sunday from 11:30 am to 1 pm. Our Staff will provide the skill-based instruction that is needed to become a more improved competitor.
